Questions that other clients have asked us that you may find useful
What is your lead time?
This depends on the time of the year, but generally speaking you would be looking at a four to six week lead time from the time the contract is signed for our Kitchens to start installation. Sometimes, depending on stock levels we can start quicker.
Is there any contract or guarantee?
Yes, in fact you have both. We always ask the client to sign a contract with us, that sets out our terms and conditions as well as key factors such as the work to be undertaken and the products that will be installed, so you know exactly what you are getting and the contract protects us and you. We also then have a completion certificate that is signed by us and by you that confirms that you are happy with the project completion and this details your standard two year workmanship guarantee on top of the product guarantees of up to 20 years.
How much does a new kitchen cost?
This very much depends on the size of your kitchen and what work needs to be undertaken. A standard size kitchen with approximately twelve units, that are of standard size without any bespoke work, including new appliances, floor and wall tiling could start from as little as £15,000.00 supplied and fitted.
Can I get designs from you?
As part of our quoting process we provide 3D Ultra HD design pictures for you free of charge and if you really want we can provide a virtual reality capability so you can walk around your new kitchen or bathroom in your own home.
If you want a design only service, then we can provide this too and at that point you are free to take those designs and give them to any other provider or installation company.
